We only use and store your data to in line with DanceSin to let you know about new events and possible cancellations.   We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.  By supplying us with your details you are accepting the practices described in this GDPR Policy.
Data Collection & Storage-We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us and fill in any of our application forms, these can include, events and updates. This information is an important part of our business. We use the information to provide the customers with products and services. All hard copy data collected is stored in a secure alarmed area, all electronic records are also secured in an alarmed area and password protected. Expired data when not required is destroyed.
We will NOT sell your Data-We are not in the business of selling your data to others. We only share information with companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, these can include hiring catering, DJ's, Garden games and other products and services.

We do take photos at our events to use for promotional activity on our website or social media - if for any reason you do not wish to be included in phots then please let us know.
